About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, Jason Lapp, the Head of Revenue & Go-To-Market will be responsible for scaling our enterprise revenue from $4M to $25M+ ARR. This strategic and hands-on role will lead all revenue-generating functions, including Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success, while ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and product teams. You will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s revenue strategy, driving customer acquisition, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.

This role will take responsibility for managing and growing our current Enterprise GTM team of 15 sales and account management personnel. They will also be responsible for building out sales operations, enablement and systems to support our growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Revenue Growth Strategy:

  • Lead and oversee all revenue-generating functions, including Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success, with a strategic and hands-on approach
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy that integrates sales, account management, and customer growth initiatives.
  • Own the full revenue lifecycle, from customer acquisition to renewal, upsell, and expansion, ensuring alignment across all revenue-driving teams.
  • Establish a scalable revenue infrastructure, including systems, processes, and metrics to monitor and optimize performance.
  • Work closely with the executive team to align revenue objectives with the company’s broader vision and strategic goals.

Sales Leadership:

  • Partner with the Head of Sales to scale and optimize the sales organization, enhancing existing processes, refining strategies, and driving towards ambitious revenue targets
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, focusing on senior sales talent and sales operations roles.
  • Drive the execution of sales strategies, ensuring the team is equipped with the resources and training needed to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Account Management and Growth:

  • Partner with the Head of Account Management to scale and enhance the account management function, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Develop strategies to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by driving upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with Customer Success to create seamless customer journeys, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment:

  • Collaborate with Marketing to align demand generation, branding, and go-to-market strategies with revenue objectives.
  • Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive and exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to Product teams on customer needs and market trends to inform future product development.

What We Expect From You

Must-Haves:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in revenue-related roles, such as Head of Revenue, VP of Sales, or a similar position.
  • Proven ability to drive significant ARR growth in SaaS, subscription, or tech environments.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing the full revenue lifecycle, including sales, account management, and retention.
  • Track record of building and scaling revenue teams, with a focus on sales operations, account management, and customer growth.
  • Strong ability to create and implement go-to-market strategies, sales processes, and organizational structures that support both short-term results and long-term growth.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging metrics to inform decisions.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across departments.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience scaling revenue in a high-growth startup or Series B/C SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight).
  • Background in subscription, prosumer, or creative tools industries.

We are happy to share the set target salary range for the seniority level outlined in all of our job descriptions. Candidates should keep in mind that the final offer will depend on multiple factors such as: your valuable experience and expertise, geographic location, overall compensation, and prevailing market rates.
