Your mission
Manage the market-facing engine of UiPath. You will be an essential part of a talented group of people who are passionate about putting our “Accelerating Human Achievement” vision into action through world-class execution. Your role will be leading the effort of ensuring the creation of new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers while outbound prospecting.
What You'll Do At UiPath
Manage, lead, develop and inspire a team of BDR’s based across APAC with a servant leadership style
Own the leads generated by our marketing teams, helping to identify and reach out to relevant decision makers /influencers/ recommender or evaluators and acquire buyer contacts in Target Accounts
Generate appointments and qualified meetings (via BANT criteria) for Enterprise Sales Reps and Commercial Sales Reps through cold calls, emails and strategic outreach campaigns.
Report to the relevant Leaders in geo (weekly/monthly/quarterly) on leads funnel conversion, pipeline coverage and sales results
Run enablement and training sessions for your team, empowering them to succeed, hit or overachieve KPI’s and make valuable contributions to the APAC sales performance

What You'll Bring To The Team
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience leading a team of BDR’s in a high-performance sales environment, with an action for bias and leading by example
First-class collaboration and communication skills to cultivate meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Business Development experience in the Enterprise Account space is highly desirable
Basic knowledge of marketing methodologies and understanding of the lead development process
Experience using tools and Salesforce is desired.
Critical business thinker with a data-driven approach to planning and decision-making
Fluent Business-level English is a must
