Role We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Sr. Manager of Partnerships to join SuperAnnotate’s growing partnership team. You will play a key role in leading partnerships with Cloud, ISV, and Solution Integrator partners.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working closely with SuperAnnotate’s sales, marketing, product, and executive teams. You’ll be responsible for developing and managing high-impact partnerships.
Your Day
Lead key partnerships – including Cloud, ISV, and Channel – to define strategy, GTM integrations, co-innovation, and joint offerings
Build joint partner GTM to drive joint solutions and co-sell revenue
Establish strong relationships with partner GTM teams, enabling them on the “better together” value proposition of SuperAnnotate and their respective offerings
Work with partners and internal product teams to develop new integrations and routes to market that unlock revenue
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to design and execute first of kind marketing programs that achieve pipeline targets
Develop and execute on joint business plans with partners
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances within the AI/ML, Cloud, and Data ecosystem
Strong understanding of Generative AI ecosystem and ML Platforms
Proven experience leading partnerships with Databricks, AWS, Google Cloud
Ability to cultivate champions within partner organizations and articulate joint value propositions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong negotiation, business planning, and presentation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment that requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution
Ability to travel for partner & customer meetings and industry events
