Role Overview 

We're seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Associate to help transform and scale our HR processes through thoughtful automation, data analytics, and systems optimization. As our People Operations Associate, you'll build out our HR technology landscape, standardize key processes, and develop insightful reporting that drives decision-making. Working closely with our IT, Finance, and HR Business Partner teams, you'll play an integral role in enhancing our HRIS capabilities, managing HR data integrity, and creating more efficient workflows across the organization.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll shape how our People team operates, focusing on creating seamless experiences through technology and smart processes. 

  • HRIS Strategy & Implementation: Manage HRIS implementation, optimize existing systems, and build powerful automated workflows that scale

  • Onboarding: Create a seamless onboarding experience through thoughtfully designed pre-boarding workflows and system integrations, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

  • Data, Reporting & Goal Tracking: Drive data-informed decisions by developing insightful HR analytics and reports that help leadership understand our people metrics

  • SOPs & Workflow Documentation: Design and document standardized processes that bring consistency and efficiency to our HR operations

  • Vendor/Tool Management: Evaluate and manage our HR technology partnerships, ensuring our tools work together effectively

  • Project & Task Management: Build robust project management systems that keep our team organized and ahead of deadlines

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across departments to create integrated solutions that serve the entire organization

What You Have

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, with particular expertise in systems management and process design

  • A track record of creating automated workflows using tools like Zapier or Workato to eliminate manual tasks

  • Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with data tools like Excel/Google Sheets to uncover meaningful insights

  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially when it comes to HR data accuracy and compliance

  • A natural inclination to spot inefficiencies and create scalable solutions

  • The ability to take initiative and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience building productive relationships with technology vendors and evaluating HR solutions
