Meta is looking for an experienced Product Experiences Manager to join the Global Experiential and Industry Marketing (GEIM) team. GEIM leads experiential marketing across all of Meta including key innovation across the Reality Labs (RL) and AI Portfolio. Within GEIM, the Product Experiences team produces experiences and demos that create product and platform enthusiasts - bringing hardware and software to market through memorable demos and experiences. We engage individuals and communities to deliver on the promise that technology builds human connections.You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of RL programs by providing leadership, oversight, and operational prowess. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, product marketing managers and Integrated Marketing Managers to ensure the efficient execution of RL initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects.We are looking for an experienced Product Experiences professional who will be part of the Product Experiences team developing, leading and scaling our RL product experiences and execution. You will be responsible for contributing to and helping showcase RL products in a way that supports overall sales goals, marketing plans and key messages before, during and after the event.The successful candidate will have a background that includes developing and producing product experiences, creating modular solutions integrated with overall positioning. In addition, having experience with end-to-end event planning and production, contract negotiation and collaborating cross-functionally will be key to succeed in this role.
Design, develop and scale the delivery of RL Product Experiences in support of internal and external stakeholders
Enable delivery of a high volume of RL Product Experience requests - across 1:1 and 1:many settings - while maintaining high overall satisfaction scores
Lead the triage of inbound Product Experience requests including tiering, prioritization and trade-offs
Curate content for distinct audiences to showcase the power and potential of our RL portfolio
Implement processes and playbooks that help scale the Product Experiences program globally
Technical troubleshooting and engineering real-time solutions during Product Experience delivery
Support and manage the hiring of Product Experience and Demo Specialists
Communicate status, risks and mitigations to stakeholders and partners, proactively identify potential setbacks and develop mitigation plans
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in events marketing
7+ years experience working with cross-functional teams or stakeholders
Product experience best practices including customer journey design
Experience with client-side marketing with the role of events in the context of overall marketing strategy
Project management experience
Experience working across various levels of the organization while building collaboration
Presentation experience to key stakeholders and executives
Production experience from content programming to development to production management
Experience managing projects, negotiating and drafting contracts, and budgets
Experience working under deadlines
Communication experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the advertising, marketing technology, or media industry
Experience in brand marketing and experiential marketing
Experience programming and/or producing large in-person events
