Your Mission

To meet the quota or assigned targets and giving the best experience to customers while nurturing them to be enterprise class base for UiPath

This Is What You’ll Do At UiPath

  • Acquire new logos – 80%
  • Mine existing relationships – 20%
  • Develop and execute account strategy and roadmaps for a long-term relationship – Large Accounts
  • Understand entire UiPath end-to-end automation platform.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales plans to further grow UiPath’s key relationships
  • Understand customer’s business to be able to explore automation opportunities
  • Understand product and competitive products to be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market
  • Interface with Technical sales support team and Customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve quarterly and yearly quotas

This Is What You’ll Bring To Our Team

  • 7-10 years of enterprise sales experience in the software or software solution sales industry
  • Previous experience of selling to enterprise/ Mid-Market customers in West India region
  • Comfortable with land and expand strategy.
  • Prior experience in selling USD 30-50K to new customers.
  • Knowledge and experience in growing strategic accounts – from 30K to 100K to 200K by upselling and cross selling.
  • Experience in account planning, territory planning, multi product selling strategy etc
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentations skills
  • Good collaborative, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Experience in Application selling background like Automation Platform/ERP/CRM will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team
  • Energetic and highly motivated personality.
