The Manager of Talent Acquisition for technical hiring in EMEA will oversee recruiting strategies to attract and evaluate the best technical talent for our technical field teams. You will report to the EMEA TA Director and lead a team, developing their skills and moving their careers forward as you focus on scaling our capabilities to support the demands of the business. The success of this role will be anchored in the investment you make developing the team and the partnership you grow with the business so a thoughtful and empathetic character will stand you in good stead.
The Impact You Will Have
- Hire and develop the recruiting team, including the development of members into leadership positions
- Compile and analyze data and insights to improve hiring approaches
- Implement recruiting programs for a variety of positions by mapping the talent landscape
- Review in partnership with the business the headcount demand plan and ensure we track towards achievement
What We Look For
- Experience of large-scale hiring projects, process improvements and managing through change
- Process and data focussed approach that provides valuable insight and accurate forecasting
- Referenceable experience running a high-quality, full-cycle recruiting process through accelerated scale
- 2+ years experience leading recruiting teams in the software industry with a focus on career development and skills analysis (# of years experience is not an explicit requirement and is only viewed as a guide to the expected depth of experience you may have gained. All levels of experience will be assessed equally)
