Your mission
As an
Influencer Marketing Manager, you will help to amplify our voice through authentic, engaging partnerships within the tech community. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving awareness and trust in UiPath by building meaningful relationships with tech/dev influencers, creators, and thought leaders across platforms.
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end tech influencer campaigns that align with our brand and business goals—crafting compelling stories, selecting the right voices, and measuring impact. From vetting tech influencers and overseeing content creation to campaign reporting and optimization, you’ll be at the heart of how we connect with key audiences in innovative ways.
Note: This is a senior Individual Contributor role.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Strategic Campaign Development: Collaborate with internal teams, and tech influencers & tech communities to develop innovative and impactful influencer marketing strategies aligned with UiPath objectives
- Tech Influencer Identification & Vetting: Identify, research, and vet potential influencers across various platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Stack Overflow etc.) based on audience demographics, engagement rates, content quality, and brand alignment
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop detailed campaign proposals, including influencer selection, content briefs, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with tech community, tech influencers, acting as a key point of contact throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Content Review & Approval: Review and approve tech influencer-generated content to ensure it meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track campaign performance using analytics tools, identify areas for optimization, and implement data-driven strategies to improve results
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns
- Innovation & Development: Contribute to the development and improvement of our influencer marketing tools and processes. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing
What You'll Bring To The Team
- Proven experience in influencer marketing within B2B enterprise technology, with a strong tech-savvy edge
- Skilled in engaging tech influencers and communities, with a deep understanding of platforms, trends, and best practices that resonate in the tech space
- Proven track record of scaling and executing influencer partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes
- Deep understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Exceptional storytelling, content creation & copywriting skills
