Frontier is offering an exceptional 12-month fixed term contract opportunity for a driven individual to step into a Product Operations Manager, covering a period of maternity leave.
This is your chance to partner with both Frontier leadership and our dynamic product teams to champion a high performing operational model and ensure strategic alignment across the board.
In this impactful role, you will;
Drive the effectiveness of the Frontier leadership team by ensuring they make informed tactical and strategic decision, commit to them and follow through on execution
Own and optimise the OKR process for Frontier, tracking progress and facilitating regular reviews
Design and maintain critical operational rhythms, via team meetings and cross-functional touchpoints
Identify organisational inefficiencies and implement new processes to enhance team performance
Lead initiatives to streamline operations and improve collaboration across Frontier
Partner with central teams on essential business functions
Manage Frontier's tools and systems ensuring they support team needs and integrate effectively
