YOUR MISSION:

As a Working Student Sales Engineering (f/m/d)*, you’ll be an essential part of our Sales Engineering team—helping to shape the future of enterprise conversational AI by supporting high-impact demos, contributing to cutting-edge agent development, and playing a key role in how we turn complex customer needs into elegant technical solutions.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the depth of different types of demos.
Support the lead Sales Engineers in bot building and preparing demos for different opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer’s requirements.
Actively supporting other Sales Engineers in answering RFPs.
Support our Consulting partners with PreSales activities and assets
Create and update documentation on Sales Engineering processes.
Take part in current opportunities, team-specific process improvements and cross-departmental discussions.

Our Sales Engineering Tech-stack:

Salesforce,, Asana, Microsoft Teams, Miro, GSuite, Loom, Notion, Slack

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

You are currently enrolled in a German University studying business informatics or something similar with a good understanding of technology and business
Ability to work from our Berlin HQ office at least once a week.
Fluency in English and German.
Strong problem-solving skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

Basic understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
Basic understanding of APIs / Interfaces
Basic programming or scripting knowledge such as JavaScript, Typscript or Python.
