As Senior Manager, GTM Enablement Global Content and Programsat Dataiku, you’ll be responsible for leading our most critical programs for sales success team performance. In this role, you will also be responsible for managing a team that creates and curates enablement content for global GTM teams. This role ensures the effective execution of enablement content by overseeing day-to-day content operations, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Reporting into the VP, Global Sales Enablement, you’ll partner closely with the enablement team, sales ops, marketing, and product teams to build high-quality, timely enablement resources that drive sales effectiveness. This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership role where you’ll blend strategic planning with hands-on delivery, including managing and maintaining the Content Management System (CMS) and all its content.
In this role, you’ll translate business needs into effective enablement strategies and possess the skills to develop and deliver high-impact training programs. Your focus will be on accelerating ramp time for new hires and also productivity across the field. How you'll make an impact
- Manage and mentor a team of content creators and project managers.
- Oversee enablement content development, curation, and delivery (live and digital).
- Responsible for maintaining the Content Management System and its governance.
- Implement project management best practices to ensure timely, on-budget efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with GTM strategy.
- Monitor content usage, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Report on content effectiveness and project status to GTM leadership.
What you'll need to be successful
- At least 5+ years leading high-performance teams, including demonstrated experience in sales enablement, content management, or project management, ideally in a global tech company.
- At least 4+ years of experience in project management with proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple functions and geographies.
- Ability to manage content performance metrics, optimizing content based on data, and report on ROI.
- Demonstrated success in building scalable content, training, and editorial calendar.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., Customer-Centric and Value Selling).
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders across global teams.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable enablement solutions.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a track record of implementing innovative solutions.
- Tools experience: Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Gong, Mindtickle, HighSpot, or other LMS
- A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
