Role Overview
As an IT Specialist you'll be the first person Labelboxers reach out to for help with Labelbox’s internal systems. Your technical aptitude and customer service skills will help shape the IT department as we grow and scale across the world. We are a distributed workforce with a growing office in San Francisco, utilizing forward thinking technology that requires an out-of-the-box IT perspective. Your Impact
- Provide hardware and software support, troubleshooting, administration and logistics management via Jira ticketing system
- Administer our user lifecycle management systems including Okta SSO and Google Workspace to meet the needs of the growing business
- Build systems and infrastructure for our expanding teams and office spaces, partnering with new business units and organizations to help them grow
- Ensure an efficient and secure IT onboarding and offboarding process across all systems
- Administer a wide range of SaaS platforms, including access control and license management
- Frequently partner with Legal, HR, Finance, Engineering and DevOps teams to facilitate cross functional projects and improve internal processes
- Implement continuous improvement to our InfoSec program including contribution to audits, compliance efforts, and automation via Drata
- Respond to and remediate security concerns via anti-virus (SentinelOne) monitoring
- Provide in-person IT support, A/V and conference room maintenance, and network support for our San Francisco headquarters
What You Bring
- 3-6 years experience in IT support, helpdesk, desktop support, or similar customer facing IT support role supporting predominantly MacOS
- Strong experience with IAM solutions, particularly Okta. Including complex deployments of MFA, device trust, least privileged access, JIT access and other advanced topics
- Experience with mobile device management, including BYOD policies and best practices
- Experience administering Google Workspace (G Suite), Slack, Single Sign On (Okta), MDM (Jamf, Rippling), Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), and a wide range of SaaS platforms
- Comfortable with a fast paced environment with a changing landscape, ability to pivot to support different team’s needs and present creative solutions for the IT team
- Strong security focus with a general understanding of industry best practices; experience with SOC2, HIPAA or PCI controlled environments
- Experience with DNS, SAML / SCIM implementation (Okta), OAuth, MFA/2FA design, VPN or firewall configuration, or other networking or cloud identity experience preferred
- Comfortable working asynchronously across timezones, but able to provide in-person IT support for our local office
