Meet the team behind this journey
You will be responsible for optimizing the content experience with the goal of converting users into paying customers. Your focus will be on designing and testing landing pages, the navigation bar, and the footer to improve the overall content experience. Your curiosity to understand customer behavior will drive you to identify the explicit and latent needs of different customer segments. You will find patterns, evaluate opportunities, and share your insights with your peers in Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Sales. Your designs will drive growth and ultimately break down language barriers.

Your responsibilities
- Design and optimize for conversion leveraging our landing pages, navigation and improve the overall content experience
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify needs and preferences of decision makers primarily in the B2B space
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to gather and evaluate requirements
- Communicate design concepts early and often, backed by qualitative insights and quantitative data
- Ensure availability of visual assets such as illustration by leading the collaboration with our marketing team or even creating and editing assets such as illustrations yourself
- Experiment and iterate to continuously improve the content experience and drive growth
Qualities we look for
- You have 5+ years of experience in product designer with 3+ as a Growth Designer
- You have a strong understanding of user-centered design processes and how to apply them to drive growth and conversions
- You have experience designing for growth and improving the overall content experience
- You can drive design throughout the whole lifecycle of an idea — discovering problems, defining success, evaluating solutions, and measuring impact
- You can consistently use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide your design process
- You have experience working on a product at scale with a global presence
- You have strong communication and presentation skills
- You are fluent in English. Any other languages, e.g. German, are an advantage
