Databricks is looking for a driven Products & Programs Lead as part of our high-impact, high-performing Go-to-Market (GTM) function within the Professional Services team. This person will be responsible for owning & developing a catalog of services and programs that ensure we provide customers with exceptional guidance, expertise and training. This role will be critical to shaping our service offering strategy, working closely across global cross-functional teams like Sales, Operations and delivery teams to ensure these products meet the needs of our customers. This role will also be part of a team focused on driving programs that develop and continuously enhance the assets, tools, resources and communities that support these services delivery for both Bricksters & Partners.
The ideal candidate demonstrates end-to-end ownership of programs and projects with a strong capability to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization and across regions and teams. Leveraging data to drive decision making, this person will lead key aspects of service development, pricing, competitive research and positioning, and articulating metrics for success. This person also enjoys working in a high-impact, dynamic environment.
The Impact You Will Have
- Working with the Professional Services Leadership by defining, tracking, and developing Services Catalog and Offerings
- Work across Ops, Pricing, Sales, Finance and Legal teams to drive alignment on key aspects of Service Offerings.
- Drive the development of services offering collateral and the creation of delivery assets and playbooks in collaboration with field delivery teams.
- Drive ongoing field training on Service Catalog and Offerings leveraging various mediums; presentations, QBRs, Flight School, self-paced recorded learning modules etc.
- Lead programs to leverage insights from customers, internal teams and the market to measure, evaluate and evolve the current portfolio of offerings.
Requirements
- 3+ years leading programs and projects in a software technology company, ideally with experience in professional services
- Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written. Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex concepts and data and present clear information to executives, cross-functional teams, and internal customers
- Exceptional interpersonal and influence skills. Experience driving cross-functional projects end-to-end. Ability to negotiate priorities across organizations at all levels
- Exposure to services solutions / offerings / programs / services engineering.
- Experience leveraging data to drive decision making.
