Your Mission
Your mission is to build the best-in-class automation development tooling needed by customers to effortlessly digitize their business processes. You will do this by applying best-in-class product management methodologies that cover product discovery, product definition and validation and go-to-market strategies. This role aims to refine our automation capabilities across the UiPath platform. You will drive and influence aspects related to API automation across the product portfolio, including UiPath's RPA, Agentic and AI capabilities.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Strategy: Leverage your deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends to define strategy and vision for API Automation with a focus on execution and deliverables.
- Roadmap: Build a detailed near- and long-term product roadmap that prioritizes execution and time-to-market. Validate with key customers and stakeholders.
- Product specifications: Work with design teams to build exceptional user experiences and define requirements in clear product specifications.
- Develop features: Work closely with the engineering team to drive the execution and delivery of features and products.
- Mitigate any risks and ensure dependencies are handled appropriately. Test features and ensure they are of the highest quality.
- Evangelize product: Articulate and share our vision with strategic customers and partners at conferences. Create relevant collateral, including presentations, whitepapers, and documents to demonstrate value. You are the expert in API automation and advocate across the organization.
- Collaborate: Foster strong relationships with customers to identify critical use cases, gather feedback, and continuously improve product capabilities. Deliver deep integrations across the UiPath platform by building meaningful relationships with other product teams. Work with product marketing on go-to-market plans for new features to ensure a successful launch.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations on market positioning and differentiation.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the software industry, either in a development or product management capacity, with a focus on enterprise software or SaaS products.
- Expertise in API integration and automation, with proven experience and a deep understanding of API complexities, related technologies, integration use cases, and architectural background.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and driving product strategies with a proven track record of successful product launches and measurable impact.
- Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams across the organization, including engineering, marketing, and UX.
- Proven track record of successfully owning and driving the development of complex software products from ideation to launch, with a focus on execution and delivering results.
- Ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders at all levels of the organization—from the end user (technical buyer) to the decision maker (economic buyer)—with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with API automation platforms and similar products is a plus.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- Collaborate with co-workers in the office 3 days a week.
