Research Engineer- Generative AI

Research Engineer- Generative AI Responsibilities:

• Contribute to building and refining product evaluations and auto judges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and effectiveness of AI models.
• Engage in model tuning and development to support new product features.
• Help in scaling and automating processes to manage the growing demands of AI product development.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in AI modeling and evaluation
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and model tuning.
• Programming experience in Python and hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Research experience in machine learning, deep learning, and/or natural language processing.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Direct experience in AI modeling and evaluation.
• Publications in top AI conferences
• Direct experience in generative AI and LLM research.

$70.67/hour to $208,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
