This role will report directly to the Regional VP/Head of Partners, Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ). You should be seen as a key stakeholder in Korea team at Dataiku Korea LLC. The primary goal of this role is to build, execute, scale and drive Dataiku’s reseller program and partner ecosystem to help accelerate Dataiku’s coverage, capability and capacity in the region towards customers success and region’s high growth.
- Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Meet/exceed partner revenue and renewal goals.
- Build and execute the partner plan for the region, inclusive of all partner types and partner routes to market, focusing primarily on channel reseller program and key SIs.
- Drive partner engagement in customer accounts and build a pipeline of sales opportunities involving partners across the region.
- Ensure the development of sales and technical skills within the partner ecosystem to drive demand and customer success.
- Oversee the development and delivery of joint marketing campaigns and field engagement with partners and Dataiku field teams to generate pipeline.
- Alignment of internal stakeholders across the business in Sales, Marketing, Services, Customer Success and Product.
- Build executive relationships with the leadership of key partners across the region and facilitate partner engagement with other members of the Dataiku leadership team.
- Manage the long-term development of partner’s business goals and visions with Dataiku
- Success Profile:
- 5+ years of strong, extensive experience strategizing and executing the regional channel resellers program and network in Korea that contribute significantly to the region’s hyper-growth plans.
- Proven track record of leading the best end-to-end partner journey; recruit, nurture, inspire, incentivise and support
- A collaborative connector to bridge that drives joint success results
- Experiences regionalising the global partner initiatives to Korea market
- Experiences working with AI/ML vendors and Dataiku’s partners (Cloud Tech Alliance, GSI, local Sl) are strongly preferred.
