Reporting directly to the Area Vice President of APJ Partnerships, the Senior Partner Sales Manager for Korea will be instrumental in driving Dataiku's growth in Korea. Serving as the partner leader to the regional Area Vice President, the role focuses on developing, executing, and scaling Dataiku’s partner ecosystem. The primary goal is to accelerate the region’s growth by significantly extending Dataiku’s market coverage, capability, and capacity.
- Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Exceed partner revenue goals on partner sourced, influenced and pipeline generation.
- Build and execute the partner territory plan for the region, inclusive of all partner types and routes to market, focusing primarily on resellers and key system integrators (SIs).
- Drive partner engagement in customer accounts and build a pipeline of opportunities through partners applying business governance layers including regular partnership cadences, Quarterly Business Reviews and Executive Touchpoints.
- Ensure the development of sales and technical skills within the partner ecosystem to drive partner success through structured enablement approach.
- Oversee the development and delivery of joint marketing campaigns and field engagement with partners and field teams to generate pipeline.
- Alignment of internal stakeholders across the business in Sales, Marketing, Services, Customer Success and Product.
- Establish executive relationships with the leadership of key partners across the region and facilitate partner engagements with members of Dataiku leadership team.
- Cultivate the long-term development of a partner's business goals and visions with Dataiku.
- Success Profile:
- 10+ years of strong, extensive experience strategizing and growing resellers, key SIs, tech alliances and cloud partners in Korea contributing significantly to the business goals.
- Proven track record of leading scalable and effective end-to-end partner maturity lifecycle from recruit, nurture, expand and scale.
- A collaborative and effective communicator and connector that bridges the goals of the partners and vendor driving exceptional and consistent results and outcomes.
- Problem solving mindset with experience leading a team of different skillsets and profiles the key being partner sales engineering and partner marketing.
- Experiences working with AI/ML vendors and Dataiku’s partners (Cloud and/or Tech Alliance, GSI, Regional SI) are strongly preferred.
- Experiences in technology solution sales are highly desirable.
