The Opportunity
To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re seeking a Product Managerto join our Billing team. This role will be working in the Cloud Engineering org owning the roadmap and strategy for Grammarly’s billing infrastructure supporting all our professional, educational, and enterprise products.
As a Product Manager, Cloud, you will drive the vision and strategy for a scaled, accurate, and flexible billing solution for Grammarly. You’ll work closely with our growth and engineering teams to drive and enable Grammarly to sell products at any price to diverse professional users. Our vision is for Grammarly teams to have flexible monetization levers that are scalable and help achieve their business goals.
In this role, you will:
- Work across Grammarly to define and expand our billing platform to address immediate needs and also serve for the long term.
- Present to engineering, product, and leadership on quality insights and strategic initiatives.
- Partner closely with the Payments, Data Science, Enterprise, Go-to-Market, Finance, Accounting, and Legal teams to optimize and drive subscription growth.
- Use quality insights and data to influence roadmaps and drive improvements across our systems and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with technical products, fintech, or B2C/B2B commerce, ideally in billing or payments.
- Can drive learnings, execution, and impact in a product area with ambiguity.
- Has a deep technical understanding of how billing infrastructure works at scale, ensuring a high level of performance, reliability with controls, and monitoring to ensure a high-quality service.
- Has a strong quantitative and analytical mindset that allows them to collaborate deeply with data science while also driving independent analysis.
- Can effectively communicate and influence product and engineering teams from a developer-experience and data-driven lens.
- Has a strong quantitative and analytical mindset understanding to define success and move critical metrics.
