Your Mission
The Talent Acquisition team has the mission to build the teams of UiPath while partnering with the business on their current & future needs. They serve as gatekeepers to the company’s high standard for talent and mission-critical culture.
You will support the Talent Acquisition team in the region with the main objective of efficiently and successfully organizing and coordinating interview activity with a focus on exceptional candidate experience. A successful TA Coordinator will be self-directed, detail-oriented, highly organized and problem solver with a strong desire to contribute and impact candidate experience.
This position is on a fixed-term contract of one year.

What You'll Do At UiPath
- Coordinating phone, onsite and video conference interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency while delivering a world-class candidate experience
- Handling talent acquisition operations related topics including
- Ensuring recruitment applicant tracking system is up to date with all relevant information
- Communicate professionally and always maintain a high level of confidentiality both internally and externally with our candidates
- Deliver a stellar recruiting experience for all candidates at each touchpoint
- Perform administrative duties as required to support the Candidate Experience and Recruiting team
- Ad hoc reporting and other tasks in collaboration with the extended team
- Support the Employer Branding team with internal and external projects and initiatives
What You'll Bring To The Team
- At least 1–2 years of working experience either as a TA coordinator / Recruitment Admin / Operations role or in a similar function that combines operational activities with externally facing tasks
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
- Exceptional customer service mindset and focus with high-energy
- Ability to create and sustain productive relationships with external and internal clients and colleagues
- Strong team player that loves to bring new ideas into conversation
- Comfortable working with Word, Excel, and Outlook or PC-based calendar/meeting application.
- Understanding of time zone complexities and comfortable using Zoom or Teams type of video interview tools.
