We are seeking a highly skilled Staff/Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in designing and building large-scale distributed systems on the cloud. In this role, you will play a key part in architecting, designing, and implementing a scalable backend system to support our cutting-edge low-code/no-code ML model training APIs. As a technical leader, you will guide and mentor junior engineers while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including ML specialists, cloud infrastructure engineers, and product teams, to drive impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable, reliable, and efficient backend systems for ML model training APIs.
- Lead the implementation of distributed system components, ensuring high performance and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, align technical solutions with business goals, and deliver innovative features.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on advancements in cloud technologies and distributed systems to integrate best practices and drive technical innovation.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in building reliable, large-scale distributed systems on the cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong programming skills and experience with backend technologies, cloud-native architectures, and microservices.
- Deep understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization in distributed environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design robust solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Experience with distributed model training platforms is a significant advantage.
