Your Mission
As an ASR Manager at UiPath, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Associate Sales Representatives to drive success across our Commercial sales sector. This dynamic role offers an opportunity to implement your creativity, ideas, and strategic thinking to develop talent, generate expansion opportunities, and foster the next generation of UiPath.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Lead the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new ASR team members to build a high-performing sales team.
- Mentor, coach, and guide the ASR team to consistently exceed targets and develop their careers in sales.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct evaluations to drive team success and growth.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize ASR processes and workflows to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall team performance.
- Track key performance metrics (e.g., renewals, expansion, prospecting, pipeline generation) and proactively address performance gaps.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine sales strategies, provide regular feedback, and enhance reporting processes.
- Develop and implement sales play initiatives to drive pipeline growth and revenue expansion in the commercial segment.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Partner Ecosystem, and Sales Operations teams to ensure alignment on messaging, lead qualification, and go-to-market strategies.
- Streamline collaboration between ASR’s and Account Executives to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- 3-5 years of experience building, managing, and scaling high-performing sales teams within a hyper-growth SaaS or software business.
- Proven success in selling software products and developing go-to-market strategies and corporate sales plans.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams while fostering executive-level relationships both internally and externally.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to win in fast-changing and competitive environments.
- Excellent communication, and presentation skills, with a deep understanding of SaaS/Cloud GTM and customer engagement strategies
