Your mission
Technical Program Managers work cross-functionally to lead a growing book of service engagements, ensuring automation engagements and initiatives are optimally resourced, solutioned and delivered within budget time, scope, quality, and cost constraints.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Develop detailed and effective plans and monitor all aspects of program / project / workstream lifecycle, including scope, change and release management.
- Attend and minute all program/project meetings and work closely with client RPA COE and Services PMO to ensure all services are delivered and automations are aligned with client strategic objectives so that timecards and milestone completion forms are signed off promptly with invoicing initiated.
- Own the full lifecycle of RPA and custom solutions and programs from presales to order, initiation to handover.
- Ensure client and internal stakeholders are managed effectively and updated on progress with risks, dependencies and issues managed with risk registry and mitigated.
- Ensure all documentation and deliverables, including hands-on where necessary, are fit for purpose, follow UiPath recommended standards and of consistently high quality across engagements.
- Conduct internal and client-facing program/project status meetings and present such reports as required including progress against plan, billings, resource utilization, service credits drawdown and incurred costs.
- Provide weekly status summary of all programs and projects assigned and escalate to management as needed.
- Drive client references and document case studies including identifying and sharing new uses for UiPath.

What You'll Bring To The Team
- 3+ years of experience leading a functional team of individual contributors or proven experience mentoring and coaching peers in a leadership development opportunity .
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing technology project–previous program or delivery management role focused on software development and systems integration.
- Experience in various agile, waterfall, SDLC, hybrid methodologies and continuous integration.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple, competing, and conflicting priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in building processes, program/project management and release schedules on a global scale in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive decisions.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification with Scrum is a definite advantage.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with RPA technologies, Jira, Azure DevOps (VSTS), Product board is a plus.
