About the role...
In this position, you will join our Marketing team as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager focused on paid social channels like Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms like TikTok.

How will your day-to-day look?
Managing day-to-day performance of paid social channels, launching experiments, optimizing conversion rates, providing feedback on creatives, and constantly learning. We move very fast and prefer doing > talking.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social channels like Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Proven track record of managing 6-figure monthly ad budgets and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Deep expertise in data analytics, measurement, and attribution (CAPI, API integrations, automation, and experimentation frameworks).
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation and no-code solutions to automate manual and repetitive work.
- Strong balance of analytical and creative skills: adept at data-driven decision-making while excelling in ad copywriting and creative feedback.
- Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of UX/UI across both mobile and desktop.
- Channel knowledge beyond paid social (Reddit, YouTube, and Paid Search) and an awareness of how they fit together in the funnel.
- Experience with measurement and reporting tools (Looker, GA4, HubSpot, or other BI tools) and the ability to turn complex data into clear insights.
- Self-starter with a strong bias for action, thriving in fast-moving environments where doing > talking.
- Curious and passionate about testing the boundaries of what’s possible with ads, constantly learning and experimenting with new approaches.
