Your mission
As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our team, overseeing the full-cycle Accounts Payable process. This role requires a strong grasps of financial principles, exceptional attention to detail, and expertise in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Important note: We are looking for a person to cover a maternity leave. While the role is temporary, there may be possibilities for extension or other opportunities within our team, depending on performance and organizational needs.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Process, verify, and reconcile invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review and resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Provide documentation and support for external and internal audits
- Conduct regular vendor statement reconciliations and address outstanding issues. Act as the primary contact for vendor inquiries, managing communication effectively and professionally
- Assist in month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliation, and reporting
- Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams and business owners, to streamline processes and solve any issue
- Utilize Power BI for in-depth analysis of large datasets, developing insightful dashboards and reports for tracking and analyzing Accounts Payable metrics
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and automation, working cross-functionally to implement improvements.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- 4+ years experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, proficiency in managing time effectively to consistently meet deadlines
- Capability of understanding and analyzing data flows through upstream and downstream systems
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor and team interactions
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Excel
- Working experience with Coupa and SAP would be a plus.
