YOUR MISSION:
As our Value Engineer, you will partner with Direct SEs, Partner SEs, and Sales to quantify and articulate the business value of Agentic AI solutions.
This role operates as a business advisor during pursuits — building ROI/TCO models, conducting value discovery, and delivering board-ready narratives that de-risk investment decisions.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Business Discovery
- Collaborate with SEs during discovery to capture KPIs, financial metrics, and business outcomes.
- Facilitate value discovery workshops with client executives.
- Business Case Development
- Build ROI/TCO models tailored to each client’s business.
- Package findings into board-level deliverables (dashboards, one-pagers, exec decks).
- Validate POV results against projected business outcomes.
- Direct Sales Alignment
- Partner with Direct SEs to attach ROI/TCO analysis to strategic deals.
- Provide executives with clear, financial justification for AI investment.
- Ensure solution design connects to measurable outcomes.
- Partner Sales Alignment
- Support Partner SEs by embedding VE into partner enablement materials.
- Train partners on how to deliver basic ROI/TCO assessments.
- Join joint partner pursuits as a business advisor when needed.
- Post-Sale Value Realization
- Work with Professional Services and Customer Success to track realized value.
- Deliver post-implementation value reviews for customer executives.
- Create case studies to feed back into partner and sales enablement.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 3+ years in Value Engineering, Solution Consulting, or Management Consulting
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills (ROI, TCO, KPI frameworks)
- Experience presenting to executives (CFO, COO, CIO) in enterprise accounts
- Familiarity with SaaS, CCaaS, AI, or enterprise technology business models
- Strong collaboration skills working with SEs, PS, and Partner teams
- Excellent storytelling and executive presentation skills
