Responsibilities

Hire, develop, and manage a team of recruiters supporting technical, G&A, and Go-to-market hiring in international markets.
Partner closely with the Head of International and regional/country leadership to design and execute localized talent strategies that align with global business goals.
Navigate complex international labor and employment landscapes to ensure compliance with local and regional regulations.
Serve as a cultural ambassador, facilitating collaboration and alignment between US headquarters and international offices.
Develop recruiting strategies that leverage local market insights while maintaining global consistency in hiring standards, candidate experience, and bar.
Collaborate deeply with cross-functional partners including Legal, HR, Finance, and Recruiting Operations across multiple time zones.
Establish and own international recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting to drive operational excellence and inform strategic decisions.
You might thrive in this role if you:
Bring 16+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 6 years leading recruiting teams in global environments and have managed regional managers.
Have built recruiting functions or teams in new geographic markets from the ground up.
Are fluent across multiple recruiting domains (G&A, GTM, Tech) and comfortable hiring at all levels, including executive.
Possess deep knowledge of international labor laws and employment regulations across multiple regions.
Excel at leading and collaborating across time zones, with exceptional cross-cultural communication skills.
Can operate strategically at the leadership level while staying close to execution when needed.
Have a proven track record of partnering effectively with Legal, Finance, HR, and other senior stakeholders.
Are energized by ambiguity and thrive in a high-growth, mission-driven environment.
Have experience serving as a bridge between global HQ and international offices, building trust and alignment across geographies.
Bonus points if you:
Have lived and worked in multiple countries or regions.
Bring an established network in key international talent markets.
Have experience building employer brand presence in new regions.
