Your mission
The Central Revenue Operations team partners with sales leadership to execute against our revenue targets, deliver meaningful insights to inform critical decision-making, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies, programs, and processes to generate consistent and scalable growth
The team is seeking a Revenue Operations leader who is experienced in partnering with GTM leadership teams to provide strategic consultation and expertise across the business. We’re looking for a versatile operator who thrives at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and execution. You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, translating business goals into structured initiatives that deliver measurable results.

Reporting to the Sr. Director - Central Operations, this role will have a significant impact on the global GTM organization. This position will interact directly with executive leadership as well as peers throughout the global Revenue Operations organization and other cross-functional departments at UiPath.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Design, document, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, optimize revenue and elevate our go-to-market execution teams
- Build models to evaluate the economics, value and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives intended to develop and retain our customers
- Identify opportunities to increase sales productivity and improve operational efficiency across the GTM organization
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights
- Leverage market insights to build growth forecast models that inform territory and account productivity
- Lead global process and workflow improvement projects that promote efficiencies within our revenue processes
- Participate in annual planning activities including territory mapping, quota assignment and headcount / organizational management
- Work in key sales process applications including but not limited to SFDC, PowerBI, and Clari
- Drive cross functional collaboration for alignment on sales metrics
- Develop & deliver executive level presentations
- Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Sales Technologies, and Finance
- Provide coaching, structure, and prioritization support for junior team members or project contributors
- Partner with GTM & Ops leadership to define priorities, structure projects, and execute against timelines and deliverables
What You'll Bring To The Team
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in management consulting, or revenue/sales operations required; 1-3 years’ experience managing teams preferred
- Experience within a B2B SaaS company, startup environment, or similar rapidly growing enterprise is strongly preferred
- Strong working experience with Salesforce and Clari required
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) or Google Docs Editors (i.e. Docs, Sheets, Slides) required
- Deep analytical expertise with advanced proficiency in Power BI (required) and SQL (strongly preferred); strong modeling and data interpretation skills
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data and yet ability to see "the big picture"
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Fluent in English required
