As an Engagement Manager at Snorkel AI, you will lead high‑impact AI initiatives for enterprise customers, owning delivery from initial scoping through value realization. You will partner with senior business and technical leaders to shape AI/ML use cases, orchestrate cross‑functional teams, and launch solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Operating at the intersection of delivery, strategy, and growth, you will help define what great AI delivery looks like while scaling Snorkel’s Enterprise AI Solutions Practice.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to shape AI/ML use cases and translate them into well‑defined projects, including proposals and Statements of Work.
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise AI projects, ensuring execution on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to business outcomes.
- Manage comprehensive project plans and related artifacts to ensure successful delivery and compliance with contractual and financial targets.
- Identify expansion opportunities through adjacent use cases, new stakeholders, and additional datasets where Snorkel can deliver outsized value.
- Serve as the primary interface between client C‑suite, Snorkel’s technical teams, and Snorkel leadership, orchestrating multiple workstreams to deliver integrated outcomes.
- Develop and continuously refine best practices, templates, and delivery frameworks to make engagements scalable and repeatable.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years in a technical, client‑facing role (e.g., management consulting, professional services delivery, or customer success).
- Strong background in project delivery and collaborative problem‑solving, ideally within AI/ML initiatives or involving standard AI technologies.
- Proven ability to understand client objectives, design solutions, and identify value‑aligned growth opportunities.
- Track record of overseeing a portfolio of engagements, balancing resources and timelines across multiple customer projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for broad audiences.
- Advanced degree preferred (MBA or Master’s in computer science, applied statistics, mathematics, or related field).
- Willingness to travel up to 25% based on client needs.
