Your mission
As a Product Marketing Manager for Japan, you will be responsible for driving product-market adaptation, localized messaging, and go-to-market execution for the Japanese market.
You will act as the key bridge between Global Product Marketing, regional stakeholders, sales, partners, and customers, ensuring UiPath’s value is clearly articulated and resonant in Japan.
This role requires strong collaboration with global teams, comfort with public-facing engagements, and the ability to translate complex products into compelling market narratives.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Product Market Adaptation & Localization
- Adapt global product messaging, positioning, and value propositions for the Japanese market.
- Create clear, compelling Japan-specific messaging aligned with market needs, customer maturity, and competitive landscape.
- Provide structured feedback from Japan to global product and marketing teams.
- Go-To-Market & Demand Generation
- Own and execute local marketing plans to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline contribution in Japan.
- Plan and support demand generation activities including webinars, events, and community initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Global Product Marketing on campaign alignment and execution.
- Flagship Events & Public Engagement
- Lead and support flagship events such as:
- Fusion Tokyo
- Agentic Automation Summit
- Develop event messaging, session content, and speaker narratives.
- Act as a speaker or moderator in webinars, events, and community sessions as needed.
- Sales Enablement & Account Support
- Enable sales and pre-sales teams through training sessions, enablement materials, and study sessions.
- Support key accounts through joint visits, customer briefings, and internal seminars in collaboration with sales leadership.
- Translate product capabilities into sales-ready narratives and use cases.
- Partner Engagement
- Strengthen relationships with partners in Japan.
- Support partner enablement initiatives and gather structured product and market feedback through partners.
- Analyst & Media Support (Collaborative)
- Support analyst relations and media activities in collaboration with the primary owner.
- Contribute to analyst briefings, evaluation reports, and content preparation as needed.
- Work closely with PR teams on external-facing messaging and thought leadership content.
- Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
- Work closely with global product, engineering, and marketing teams despite no local product team presence.
- Act as the voice of the Japanese market in global discussions.
- Collaborate across regions to ensure consistency while maintaining local relevance.
Required
What you'll bring to the team
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B Marketing, or related roles.
- Experience in B2B software / IT industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English (business-level English required).
- Ability to communicate confidently in external-facing settings (webinars, events, customer sessions).
- High IT literacy and strong product understanding mindset.
- Comfortable engaging hands-on with products (no advanced programming required).
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
Preferred / Nice To Have
- Experience in:
- B2B IT Product Marketing
- Sales Enablement
- Engineering background with experience in seminars, training, or public speaking
- Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-cultural teams.
- Familiarity with automation, enterprise software, or SaaS products.
