As an
Enterprise Account Manager, you will own and grow strategic enterprise accounts in Singapore, bringing cross-industry experience and best practices to drive innovation and transformation. You will serve as UiPath's primary executive sponsor for your customers, driving long-term value, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

This Is What You'll Do At UiPath
Strategic Account Ownership
- Own and manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts in Singapore, acting as the single point of accountability for revenue growth and customer success
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned to customer objectives, digital transformation priorities, and UiPath's platform value
- Identify, qualify, and close new expansion opportunities within existing accounts while driving long-term share-of-wallet growth
Executive Engagement & Consultative Selling
- Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior leaders, engaging in value-based conversations around AI, automation, and digital transformation
- Position UiPath's end-to-end Agentic Automation platform to address industry-specific challenges such as process optimization, compliance management, data integration, workforce productivity, and operational efficiency
- Leverage cross-industry experience to introduce innovative use cases and transformation frameworks proven in enterprise environments
Sales Execution & Forecasting
- Manage the full enterprise sales lifecycle from discovery and solution alignment to negotiation, deal closure and renweals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, opportunity management, and reporting to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Drive disciplined adoption of sales methodologies, account reviews, and performance metrics.
Customer Success & Internal Collaboration
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Partners to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Conduct regular business reviews with account sponsors to track outcomes, reinforce value realization, and establish reference customers
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal teams to influence UiPath's product and industry strategy
This Is What You'll Bring To The Team
Experience & Background
- 10+ years of enterprise software or technology solution sales and account management experience, with proven success managing strategic accounts
- Demonstrated track record managing large, complex enterprise accounts across industries such as healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, government, telecommunications, or other regulated sectors
- Experience selling automation, digital transformation, AI, or enterprise platforms is strongly preferred
Industry & Domain Knowledge
- Strong understanding of enterprise operations, workflows, and transformation challenges within Singapore or APAC markets
- Experience with healthcare is a plus, but candidates with deep expertise in other strategic, regulated, or complex industries are encouraged to apply
- Ability to translate cross-industry automation best practices into relevant use cases for diverse sectors

- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment when handling confidential and sensitive business data
- Self-starter mindset with high energy, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
