We are seeking a
Proposal Writer who can articulate this vision compellingly. In this role, you will be the connective tissue between our sales, solutions, and delivery teams, translating complex agentic automation capabilities into clear, persuasive, and high-quality proposals.
You will partner closely with Sales Engineers, Sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop accurate and compelling responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, technical questionnaires, and other due diligence requests.
The role requires a strong combination of technical understanding, structured thinking, and excellent written communication, together with the ability to coordinate cross-functional deal teams and guide the proposal response process from initial opportunity assessment through final submission.
What You’ll Do At UiPath
- Develop clear, accurate, and compelling responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, Technical Questionnaires, Due Diligence requests, and other related requirements.
- Partner closely with Sales Engineers and Account executive teams to understand the opportunity context and ensure responses align with the deal strategy and customer requirements.
- Conduct initial due diligence of incoming opportunities, reviewing customer background, assessing opportunity scope, understanding the bid strategy and customer requirements.
- Act as a central coordinator for proposal responses, engaging subject matter experts and specialized functions across the organization including Product, Security, Infrastructure, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams.
- Manage the proposal response process end-to-end, setting expectations with contributors, tracking inputs, and ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
- Translate complex technical concepts related to the UiPath platform, architecture, security, and AI capabilities into structured, customer-ready documentation.
- Maintain and continuously improve the RFX knowledge repository, contributing reusable and standardized content aligned with product updates and platform releases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay up-to-date on new product capabilities, roadmap updates, and platform enhancements.
- Develop and maintain a functional and technical understanding of the UiPath ecosystem, including platform positioning, architecture, and security posture.
- Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape, technology alliances, and relevant market trends.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ overall professional experience, including at least 2 years in Proposals or relevant presales roles.
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly and persuasively about technical products – prior exposure to software or intelligent automation is a plus.
- Experience working with proposal management tools, knowledge bases, or documentation systems is considered a plus.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle.
- Solid understanding of enterprise software environments and modern technology landscapes, with interest in areas such as automation, AI, and enterprise platforms.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposal cycles and deadlines simultaneously.
- Great presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other language is a plus.
