Your mission
You will focus on leading and managing the he Productivity Center, which delivers Sales Engineering activities across all geographies. A key aspect of your role will be fostering close collaboration between the team and the regional Sales Engineering teams to ensure seamless alignment and support across the organization. You'll be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing cross-functional cooperation to support revenue generation and customer success.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Provide leadership to all Sales Engineering in the team, ensure they have clear goals aligned to the Go To Market Goals.
- Drive and oversee close collaboration between the Productivity Center and regional Sales Engineering teams, ensuring consistent processes, knowledge sharing, and mutual support.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the interaction and workflow between the Productivity Center, other centralized and regional Sales Engineering functions.
- Ensure operational excellence across your department and in collaboration with regional teams, focusing on opportunity management, internal enablement, and proposal processes.
- Develop and implement high-level strategies to achieve team goals, balancing resources and priorities between centralized and regional Sales Engineering activities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, including regional SE leaders, to ensure alignment with company objectives and drive innovation across all Sales Engineering functions.
- Oversee succession planning, talent development, and professional growth initiatives for your team and in support of regional Sales Engineering talent development.
- Monitor and improve customer engagement and satisfaction metrics.
- Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers’ needs first.
- Ensure all Sales Engineering requests coming from Regional teams are supported in a timely manner.
- Make sure the team addresses client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture pre and post sales process.
- Make sure the team maintains high levels of customer engagement (including on site meetings) with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within your organization and across the broader Sales Engineering function.
- Engage with product management to provide strategic input on the product roadmap based on insights from both centralized and regional Sales Engineering teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, partners, and high-value customers, coordinating efforts with regional Sales Engineering leadership.
- Continually identify and develop new uses for UiPath that drive adoption and that align to customers’ business needs and strategic goals.
- Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention.

What You'll Bring To The Team
- Proven experience in managing managers in teams within a technology-focused environment. Experience with cloud technologies and driving large-scale cloud adoption initiatives.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans for team Directors and align with regional strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of developing and mentoring senior team members and collaborating effectively with regional leaders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to a broad spectrum of audiences, including C-level executives.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business outcomes and customer success across global markets.
- Ability to navigate and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, particularly in coordinating centralized and regional efforts.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation across multiple teams and regions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with regional presales teams and leadership.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
