About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Analytics Manager to partner directly with Snorkel’s Delivery organization within our rapidly scaling Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) business. Delivery is comprised of three core teams and is responsible for executing every project we run at DaaS.
This role will serve as the analytical backbone of the Delivery organization — defining how delivery performance is measured, designing the metrics that matter, and building the dashboards and analytical frameworks that give leadership clear visibility into operational health as we scale.
You will work closely with Delivery, Supply, GTM, and the Data team to ensure operational metrics are clearly defined, analytics systems are scalable, and leadership has the insights needed to manage capacity, delivery performance, and operational tradeoffs. This role is focused on translating operational complexity into structured metrics, models, dashboards, and insights that enable scalable, high-quality execution.
What You’ll Do
- Define the core operational metrics that measure delivery performance, quality, efficiency, and scalability across the DaaS business
- Design and build dashboards that clearly communicate operational performance and enable fast decision-making by Delivery leadership and all of the respective teams and pods within Delivery
- Build and maintain delivery capacity models that forecast project demand and internal staffing needs
- Partner with Delivery leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and proactively surface constraints
- Establish a clear measurement framework for Delivery, defining how we track throughput, quality, contributor performance, and operational efficiency
- Analyze trade-offs between speed, quality, cost, and staffing to guide resourcing and delivery decisions
- Collaborate closely with the Data team to ensure dashboards and analyses are built on reliable sources of truth and scalable data structures
- Partner with Supply to ensure expert contributor availability aligns with delivery needs
- Partner with GTM to model pipeline impact on delivery capacity and staffing plans
- Translate ambiguous operational questions into structured analyses and executive-ready recommendations
- Drive continuous improvement in how Delivery performance is measured, monitored, and managed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, operations, or data science roles
- Strong experience building operational analytics systems for complex organizations (services, marketplaces, workforce platforms, or similar)
- Proven ability to design business metrics and analytics frameworks that power dashboards and operational decision-making
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and analytics tooling, with experience building dashboards in BI platforms
- Experience partnering closely with data teams to ensure reliable analytics systems
- Experience partnering closely with operational leaders in fast-moving environments
- Ability to translate ambiguity into structured frameworks and actionable insights
- Strong cross-functional communicator who can influence across Delivery, Supply, GTM, and Data teams
- Comfort operating in imperfect systems while building toward scalable operational rigor

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location in the United States, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Snorkel also includes benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
The salary range for this position based off of tier 1 locations such as San Francisco Bay Area, New York, Seattle and is $130,000-$200,000. All offers include equity compensation in the form of employee stock options.
