Role Summary
As the Marketing Specialist – South Europe, you will support the planning and execution of marketing programs and campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and pipeline growth in the region. You will work closely with our sales team (Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Business Development Representatives) as well as global marketing functions to align regional efforts with overarching business objectives.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for a marketing professional with practical experience who is looking to develop deeper expertise in B2B marketing within a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Brand Awareness
- Assist in planning and executing regional events, including conferences, customer meetups, and webinars, as well as Dataiku's official Summit.
- Support event logistics, registrations, and communications in collaboration with global and regional teams.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Localize global content and messaging for the South Europe audience.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral, presentations, and customer success stories.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) activities by preparing materials, coordinating communications, and tracking outcomes.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Enablement
- Work closely with AEs, CSMs, and BDRs to ensure marketing initiatives directly support sales objectives.
- Equip the sales team with localized marketing materials, insights, and tools to enhance their outreach and engagement efforts.
Success Metrics
- Pipeline Growth: Contribute to pipeline growth through executed campaigns and programs.
- Campaign Effectiveness: Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives to optimize ROI and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Experience & Expertise
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the tech or software industry.
- Understanding of the South Europe market dynamics and buyer landscape.
- Proven ability to develop and execute regional marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
Marketing Skills
- Expertise in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, ABM, event execution, and content development.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Demonstrated ability to measure and optimize marketing performance based on data-driven insights.
Collaboration & Communication
- Ability to support cross-functional projects and drive alignment across teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French; Spanish and Italian language skills are a plus.
- Must be based within a commutable distance of Paris and open to travel within the region as needed.
