Your mission
As an Automation Developer I, you will support the delivery of RPA and intelligent automation solutions for our customers and partners. You’ll work as part of a project team to build, test, and deploy automations while developing your expertise in UiPath technologies and AI-powered workflows.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Support the delivery of automation solutions in client engagements (onsite and remote).
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows and reusable components with guidance.
- Assist in building end-to-end automations integrating RPA, APIs, and AI capabilities.
- Contribute to document processing solutions using UiPath Document Understanding and IXP.
- Use UiPath Orchestrator to deploy, schedule, and monitor automations.
- Help implement human-in-the-loop workflows for approvals and exception handling.
- Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of automation solutions.
- Monitor and maintain automations, implementing enhancements as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support integrations.
- Follow best practices to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Apply foundational prompt engineering techniques to support AI-driven workflows.
- Adhere to UiPath policies and development standards.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- 2+ years of experience in software development, RPA, or a related technical field.
- Foundational knowledge of the software development lifecycle and automation concepts.
- Experience with or interest in AI-powered automation and agentic workflows.
- Basic proficiency in programming/scripting (e.g., Python, object-oriented languages).
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, or system integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members.
- Exposure to UiPath (Orchestrator, Document Understanding) or similar tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of human-in-the-loop processes and automation best practices.
- Interest in learning when to apply rules-based vs. AI-driven automation approaches.
