About the role
We're looking for a talented Paid Growth Lead to drive subscriber acquisition for our AI newsletter and AI University through strategic ad campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and more. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the AI landscape, experience in media buying for a newsletter or digital media brand, and a data-driven approach to optimizing ad campaigns.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies for our newsletter and AI University across Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and more.
- Create and optimize ad campaigns, ad sets, and ad creatives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Facebook Ads Manager and Twitter Ads Manager
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure ad messaging aligns with our brand voice
- Regularly report on ad performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social media advertising
- Manage and optimize ad spending to maximize ROI
- Help run our AI University affiliate program
Our ideal candidate
- Understands the AI landscape and is both curious and enthusiastic about new technology.
- Is highly proficient in Facebook Ads and Twitter Ads, and has experience with TikTok ads.
- Has a data-driven approach to optimizing, monitoring, and improving ad campaigns.
- Has design and creative experience in Canva and can create new ad creatives quickly.
- 2+ years of experience in media buying, ideally for a newsletter or digital media brand.
- Knows how to create compelling social content that gets engagement because of its quality and value.
- Communicates extremely well and is great at giving constructive feedback to others about their work.
- Learns fast and hustles to get stuff done.
- Values honesty, integrity, accountability, and fairness.
