The Role
Palantir's impact in the US Government space depends on our ability to navigate the world of government and industrial security efficiently and responsibly. We're looking for a Program Manager to be the engine behind our Industrial Security Information Systems team. You will track and stabilize projects, remove roadblocks, and anticipate stakeholder needs so our engineers can focus their time and attention on the technical problems they are best equipped to solve.
This position requires a combination of project management, process optimization, technical proficiency, and execution skills. You are a person who loves fixing problems, scaling technical solutions, and always embraces the best solution, even when it is not your own.
Core Responsibilities
- Synthesize concrete technical goals from end-state vision, mapping engineering strategy to granular team tasks and issues. Triage requests from users and stakeholders to create maximum focus for the team, while actioning items that need immediate attention.
- Keep broad and complete state of everything involving or related to your projects. Pre-empt and resolve issues that may steer projects off-course.
- Enhance cross-team collaboration, improve efficiency, and craft and implement process to enable team members to spend time where they are needed most.
- Work with stakeholder teams on implementation and support of industrial security engineering outcomes.

What We Require
- Active U.S. DoD Top Secret or active Secret clearance, with eligibility and willingness to obtain a TS or TS/SCI.
- 3+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
- Relevant technical degree or engineering experience (e.g., Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering).
- Ability to travel 10-25%
Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $93,000 - $160,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
