YOUR MISSION
As Working Student Lead Management (f/m/d)* you will play a crucial role in identifying the needs of our potential and existing customers, finding the right contacts and helping build a predictable sales pipeline. You will be actively involved in (building) the sales processes.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Help build a predictable and sustainable Top of Funnel motion.
- Create lead lists.
- Analyze sales campaigns and their outcomes to derive learnings and implement continuous improvements.
- Have a hand in shaping a world class revenue engine.
- Improve our documentation of processes and best practices.
- Support the entire revenue growth team to achieve our goals.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- An affinity for technology and an interest in experimenting with new tech and tools.
- The ability to think logically and be able to solve complex topics, even under time pressure.
- Meticulous with an extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
- Curiosity and the desire to constantly develop yourself by learning new skills.
- Critical thinking and the ability to deliver feedback on existing processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (in word and writing) in German and English.
