YOUR MISSION:
As a Junior Field Marketing Manager (f/m/d*) at Parloa, your primary focus will be on driving new customer acquisition marketing across various channels, with a strong emphasis on events. This role will include participant management for conferences, particularly smaller events, where you will take ownership of planning, coordination, and preparation for sale.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Participate in the execution of the field marketing plan for EMEA
- Support the senior field marketing manager with large projects and own end-to-end event management for both small events and trade shows which includes planning, execution, and measurement, with a particular focus on getting smaller events ready for sale.
- Organize and execute regional demand generation activities, emphasizing smaller events.
- Handle participant coordination for Parloa’s own conferences/events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
- Contribute to measuring the success of the events and marketing campaigns including the coordination of the follow-up with BDRs and Sales
- Help create digital assets such as landing pages, LinkedIn banners, etc.
- Work with external vendors/agencies/partners
- Work closely with the Commercial Team, serving as the main marketing contact for regional sales teams.
- Utilize our Marketing Tech-stack, including WordPress, Livestorm, Zapier, Figma, and Salesforce for efficient event and participant management.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B event management or related marketing roles.
- Proficiency in English and German.
- You can work from our Berlin HQ at least 2 times a week.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality marketing projects, particularly in events and webinars.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
