YOUR MISSION:
As a (Senior) People Operations Partner (f/m/d)* you will be a pivotal member of our team in Berlin, and spearhead the optimization of our people operations, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience for all Parloa employees.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Handle all administrative tasks related to our global employees, such as managing EOR requests, workation arrangements, as well as contract creation and management.
- Own and improve the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payments for all employees.
- Contribute to the definition and management of our local benefits packages.
- Curating and updating our internal knowledge base (Notion) to enhance accessibility and efficiency.
- Control the headcount and related budget management.
- Maintaining meticulous records, documentation, and filings to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Oversee the ESOP processes and record keeping.

Personio, Leapsome, Asana, Zapier, Greenhouse, Notion, GSuite, Slack, MacOS
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Availability to work onsite at our Berlin office on a regular basis (2-3 days a week).
- Proficiency in German, both written and verbal.
- Strong experience with payroll systems and procedures, ensuring compliance, accuracy and timeliness in processing.
- Demonstrated expertise in policy development, with the ability to craft and communicate policies effectively.
- A strong service-oriented mindset, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for both internal and external stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of German labor laws, regulations, and compliance standards, ensuring our policies and procedures remain legally sound.
- Data analytics skills, enabling you to derive insights from people metrics to inform decision-making.

- Experience with HRIS/PEO and other People related software.
- Project Management Skills: Managing people projects, meeting deadlines, and budget management.
