YOUR MISSION:
As Implementation Engineer at Parloa, you are responsible for providing technical advice to our new and existing customers, integrating Parloa into their technical infrastructure and engineering cloud-based services and tools. As part of our dedicated implementation team, you will be an interface between our engineering, product, and customer success teams, contributing to the success of the Parloa platform and customer projects.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Co-create technical solutions together with our customers and their technical teams.
- Offer consultations to our customers and your non-technical colleagues on technical topics such as integrating customer backend and telephone systems, custom services & functionality, and technical voice bot logic.
- Build serverless web services using TypeScript and cloud systems on Microsoft Azure to extend our product and provide custom functionality for customers.
- Support the customer success team and their clients with your JavaScript skills to implement custom voice bot logic directly in Parloa according to the customers’ needs.
ON A TYPICAL DAY, YOU COULD:
- Join a customer call to learn about their telephony system and advise them on the best course of action to connect to Parloa.
- Spend a few hours writing a custom service in Typescript to extend Parloa's core functionality.
- Investigate a customer's internal tech stack (CRMs, DBs, …) and determine how Parloa can best connect to them.
- Meet with a member of our CX-Design team to understand a specific use case and help them write short Javascript functions to accomplish their goal in the platform.
- Investigate the cause of call or callflow issues in our elastic logs and communicate your results to internal or external stakeholders as appropriate.
Our Tech stack:
TypeScript, Microsoft Azure Cloud (e.g. Azure Function Apps, Azure Cosmos DB), JavaScript, Python, PowerBI/Kibana
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
