Some of the latest LLMs and GenerativeAI applications are built and deployed on CoreWeave. Observability is central to enabling the performance and reliability of our platform, as well as providing our customers differentiated tools to accelerate their model training and serving workflows. As we are rapidly growing our product portfolio are seeking a Lead Product Manager focused on our Observability features and platform to join our team. This crucial role is designed for individuals passionate about harnessing real-time data to deliver insights that delight and empower infrastructure and ML engineers.
As the Lead Product Manager for Observability, you will champion the developer's perspective within CoreWeave, comprehending their needs, challenges, and ambitions. Your objective will be to devise and execute a product strategy that delivers a superior array of tools and experiences to generate and harness real-time data to deliver insights and facilitate key operational workflows. By collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, solutions architecture, and marketing teams, you will drive your strategy and ensure high quality execution to deliver best-in-class client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a cohesive product strategy for Observability, aligning with market demands and CoreWeave’s strategic goals.
- Developer Advocacy: Be the voice of the developer community within CoreWeave, translating their feedback and needs into actionable product improvements and innovations.
- Product Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of Observability features, with a focus on usability, performance, and integration capabilities.
- Service Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance the end-to-end user experience for CoreWeave’s Observability features, from onboarding to high-scale usage.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, developer needs, and competitive offerings to ensure CoreWeave’s Observability story remains a key differentiator and value proposition.
- Performance Metrics: Use metrics and feedback loops to measure the effectiveness of the Observability features, making data-driven decisions to refine and improve the product offering.

- 5+ years of product management experience, particularly with Observability services or other developer-centric platforms.
- Deep understanding of Observability, the ecosystem of tools and services for moving, storing, and querying large streams of timeseries data, and a strong empathy for developers and the problems they need to solve with such data.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and articulating product vision and strategy to varied audiences.
- Strong technical background, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to not only make data-informed decisions but also intuitively balance customer benefit and engineering complexity.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, providing a solid foundation in software development and cloud computing principles.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $180,000-$215,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Hybrid Workplace
Successful candidates will be expected to attend onboarding training at our NJ Headquarters within their first several weeks of employment, with subsequent quarterly travel requirements of 1 week duration.
