Role Overview:
As a Product Marketing Manager - Sales Enablement, you will be key in equipping our sales, customer success, and partnership teams with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to succeed. You will collaborate closely with these teams to refine and deliver targeted, differentiating messages and contribute to go-to-market strategies, customer research, and content creation efforts. In this role, you will help SuperAnnotate establish itself as the leading multimodal AI data platform by creating materials that communicate the value of our customizable, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Enablement: Develop and refine training materials, sales decks, and personalized content to support the sales, marketing, and customer success teams, emphasizing our platform’s key differentiators.
- Keep Teams Informed: Ensure sales, customer success, and partnership teams stay updated with the latest product developments, market trends, and competitive insights, enabling them to communicate our value proposition effectively.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to gather insights on customer needs, shape competitive analysis, and refine go-to-market strategies. Ensure alignment on positioning SuperAnnotate’s platform to solve complex AI challenges for clients.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to creating webinars, white papers, and educational content to establish SuperAnnotate’s leadership in AI data management and multimodal AI solutions.
- Research & Insights: Conduct and leverage customer and competitive research to update enablement materials continuously. This ensures the sales team is equipped with the latest insights on market trends and customer needs.
What You'll Need:
- Experience: 2+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably in startups, scale-ups, or consulting environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI and data technologies, with the ability to communicate complex solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Presentation Skills: Proven ability to create well-designed, impactful sales presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to interpret customer data and market trends.
