Your Mission
Yo ur mission is to incubate and drive sales for new UiPath offerings adjacent to the core that require a different GTM motion and nurturing. We are the start up within UiPath for new products and an engine to assimilate new organically developed or acquired products through M&A. We collaborate and support our Sales Executives and Partner organization as an overlay team to provide subject matter experts on our new products. Each product is eventually promoted to the mainstream sales GTM motion, upon meeting certain defined criteria.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Create and execute GTM motion for all EPS products through Sales Acceleration, Solution engineering and Vertical overlay sales support to the Core sales engine, to drive growth.
- Assist and partner with core sales/ pre-sales organization in Forecasting Growth Offers, Driving Pipeline through Sales Programs, Account /Partner planning, business development, deal development, and pre-sales support.
- Provide and refresh product marketing support through 100/200/300 level value proposition pitches matched by corresponding demos and trainings, case studies, business metrics and customer references. Will create this through the Horizontal (Product) Lens and Vertical (Industry) Lens as our GTM Motion in AMER is through Verticals (e.g. Healthcare, Financial Services, Public Sector, etc.)
- Understanding the industry and market segment for the Growth products and integrate this knowledge into consultative selling support to the core team.
- Development of quota objectives and future direction for Growth Products.
- Drive internal enablement of sales organization and external enablement of partner organization on Growth products through various assets and plans.
- Work with internal services organization to drive fulfilments and adoption of Growth products by the customers and partners.
- Nurture new products developed /acquired by UiPath; assimilate into the core GTM selling motion and eventually migrating them to the mainstream.

What You'll Bring To The Team
- Strong experience in incubating and nurturing new products GTM strategy and implementation.
- Experience with enterprise software products/solutions, ideally in a pre-sales or technical consulting capacity or new product business development
- Demonstrated leadership and initiative in successfully driving specialty sales in accounts -prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals working with core sales organization.
- Experience with program/project management methods and processes to define, plan, cost, resource, track and ensure successful sales pursuits.
- Aptitude and willingness to learn new things and deal with ambiguity and uncertainty associated with 1.0 products/minimum viable products.
- Skills and maturity to work and coordinate with diverse teams internally like sales, presales, professional services, product development, marketing and external entities like partners, analysts and customer organizations.
