About the role:
This is a general hire. A team match process based on the interview outcome will decide which exact team to join.
Responsibilities:
- Play a substantial role in the growing Cresta engineering team.
- Demonstrate a strong growth trajectory and make meaningful contributions starting from the first 3 months.
- Work with Cresta product and engineering teams, build and continuously improve the Cresta platform to support new product requirements.
- Develop high quality, well designed, reusable, and well-tested system components, and contribute to the overall system designs.
- Optimize the platform design and implementation for lower latency, higher throughput, better reliability, and cost reduction.
- Demonstrate the engineering best practices in deliverables and daily work.
- Grow into technical ownership of a substantial part of the Cresta product and platform.
- Contribute to building the best-in-class company in addition to building the best-in-class product.
Qualifications We Value:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 0-3 years of full time experience.
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals and growth mindset.
- Flexibility to work on various projects based on business needs.
- Eager to learn and grow quickly from working with more senior team members.
- Proficient in writing clean and maintainable code.

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
