We're looking for a dynamic and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process as we scale our team.

Rate: $40 - $45 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Hybrid work schedule: In-office M/W/F
Responsibilities
- Schedule candidate interviews and handle logistics
- Manage the candidate's experience throughout their interview journey
- Initiate and contribute to projects that will improve and scale our recruiting processes
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and constantly think about ways to drive improvements
- Assist with general recruiting tasks, including administrative tasks as assigned
- Provide support to the recruiting team as needed
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative without being asked
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Independent task management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with startup culture and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
