Your Mission
As Demand Generation Marketing Manager for the Commercial business at UiPath you’ll play a critical role in growing our customer base and driving revenue. Working closely with the sales and BDR teams , and our partners/channels, you’ll spearhead demand generation marketing campaigns , optimize digital marketing channels, develop targeted marketing programs and leverage data to make impactful decisions and increase conversion rates.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Demand Generation Marketing : Lead end-to-end demand generation activities, including outbound campaigns to new logos , email marketing, customer partnerships and programs, and paid media . F ocused on increasing lead quality and conversion rates for the pipeline.
- Performance Marketing : Manage and optimize campaigns across online and offline channels to maximize ROI, enhance brand visibility, and drive lead acquisition and revenue.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Project Management : Work closely with Content, Product, and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals ; prioritize campaigns, and customer segments to pursue; and ensur e leverage of corporate and regional marketing activities and content . W ork with selected partners on a regular basis to extend marketing reach through events / webinars .
What You'll Bring To The Team
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business, Communications, or a related field .
- B2B Marketing Experience : Proven track record in B2B growth marketing with a focus on demand generation and digital . Experience working for an enterprise tech company is a plus.
- Data-Driven Approach : Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions, track KPIs, and make improvements across campaigns.
- Collaborative : Ability to work across functions to support shared company objectives and align marketing with sa les .
- Resourceful : A builder at heart who does not need every piece of the puzzle to complete the puzzle.
- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tools : Proficient in SFDC (report builds, lead tracking, updating) and Zoom Info. And experience using 6sense or other intent tools.
- 20% potential travel
