Your Mission
The Deal Hub- licensing team serves as the central point of contact for Sales, providing timely, responsive, and high-quality guidance on all licensing-related matters. The primary goal of Licensing Specialist is to enhance Sales efficiency by minimizing the time Sales spends on navigating licensing requirements.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- The Licensing Specialist is responsible for overseeing and processing all aspects of license management for UiPath, ensuring accurate and reliable information is provided to UiPath’s customers.
- This role involves close collaboration with sales, customers, and various internal teams such as Finance, Accounting, and Legal to contribute to the company’s success.
- Delivering first-level licensing support through our ticketing platform
- Providing comprehensive support to our Enterprise Sales team to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to client growth
- Completing additional tasks as assigned
What You'll Bring To The Team
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations and Licensing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Hands-on-experience in Salesforce
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Ability to quickly adapt to situations.
- Flexibility of supporting multiple teams in different time zones (AMER) as the business requires.
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as time management skills.
- Staying engaged in continuous learning, by developing and maintaining knowledge of the processes, products and services being offered.
- Ability to use knowledge of a specific process, product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate team.
- Previous experience in a customer/sales service role is desirable
