The Role
We are looking for a
Technical Product Manager with a track record for driving new products and features from concept to successful launch and market adoption. The Technical Product Manager will own the planning, development, and launch of products related to the SuperAnnotate Annotation and Machine Learning tools. A Technical Product Manager will champion the best product management, product development, product strategy, and business analysis practices to deliver phenomenal value and delightful experiences to our customers.
Your Day
- Collaborate with the leadership team to define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Ensure the product roadmap aligns with both business goals and technical capabilities.
- Understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor products to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to gather feedback and ensure alignment on product features.
- Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including feature definition, requirements gathering, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer value.
- Understand the underlying technical architecture and ensure that product features are scalable, performant, and meet security and compliance standards.
- Provide technical insights and solutions for product decisions, helping to shape the technical direction of the product.
- Continuously analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for enhancing the product.
Required
What’s required to get started
- 3+ years of experience in a technical product management role, preferably in a specific industry or domain, [e.g., SaaS, enterprise software, or hardware].
- Technical background, with experience in software development, will be a huge advantage
- Comfortable working with APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), databases, and modern software architectures.
- Ability to write clear and concise product requirements, user stories, and technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presenting skills.
- Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate, and work well with others.
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English and Armenian
