Your Mission
As the Senior Executive Assistant to the President of the Americas at UiPath, you will be the cornerstone of efficiency and effectiveness for our Go To Market organization. Your role is crucial in supporting the President's vision and ensuring smooth operations across the Americas region. You'll be the key liaison between the President and internal and external stakeholders, managing complex schedules, communications, and projects with precision and discretion.
What You'll Do At UiPath
- Strategic Support:Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including managing a complex and dynamic calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing for meetings and presentations.
- Communication Hub:Act as the primary point of contact for the President's office, managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and tact.
- Project Management:Assist in coordinating and tracking key initiatives and projects within the Go To Market organization, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
- Meeting Facilitation:Organize and manage executive-level meetings, including preparation of agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders on behalf of the President.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:Compile and analyze data to create insightful reports and presentations for the President and leadership team.
- Event Coordination:Assist in planning and executing regional events, team meetings, and client engagements.
- Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of 2 Executive Assistants, ensuring efficient workflow, delegating tasks effectively, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing administrative support structure for the Americas Go To Market organization.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- Experience: 8 + years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting an executive in Go-to-Market in a fast-paced technology company.
- Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Proficiency:Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
- Communication Skills:Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively offer solutions.
- Organizational Expertise:Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Discretion:High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Adaptability:Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and navigate ambiguity.
- Leadership:Ability to take initiative, work independently, and lead administrative processes.
- Travel: Ability to travel ~30%
